Big North

Georgian Bay Allenwood

Rare north wind at Allenwood. Big winds for the first hour and a half. 4.5 but could easily have been 4.0. Started on the 84 L then down to the 70L. Massive steep ramps on the way out, but messy and unorganized waves on the outside. A few area had nice ride-able waves by unfortunately for the most part it never did fully clean up. Wind subsided to become more manageable for the last hour and a half sailing the 4.5 then finishing up on the 5.0. Great to see Neil, Hangloose and Northshore. Hopefully the NW on Sunday will bring back the long peeling waves we had last Thursday.

Weather Conditions

North winds, messy large steep swell
