Another good day

Lake Erie LBCA

Chris and I went to the park at 1:30. It was overcast and the shower was on and off. Checked the wind and decided to rig a 6.5. They were calling for 15~20 SW. Once I got on the water, I knew 6.5 was more than enough. It turned out to be a great day with wind coming from west between 15 and 25, slightly gusty, and I was overpowered most of the time. Spent a bit less than 2 and half hours and had a blast. The wind died gradually before 5 and it was getting dark quickly. The water was mostly flat, some rollers farther out and it was still not too cold (sailed with bare hands). The dry suit kept me warm (the best $400 I have ever spent). There should be some strong wind for next week. Cann't wait.
