Georgian Bay Allenwood
Forecast favoured the morning, on the water by 9:45. Although it was not as windy, 5.8 instead of 4.5, the waves were super clean and the NW direction made for huge glassy vertical ramps on the way out and much better wave riding coming in. The rest of the crew trickled onto the water as the morning progressed. Attempted about a half dozen back loops, most of which were over-rotated and ended up in a massive splat. Not sure I'll ever be able to orientate myself in the air enough to land clean an sail away. Looks so easy in the videos! Session ended prematurely after I blew out my 5.8 Search and my roll of Tuck Tape was no where to be found. Ibuprofen here I come.
Clean Swell NW wind direction.
