Getting Cold

Georgian Bay Allenwood Beach

Finally a NW blow up on the bay. Conditions as to be expected with almost a solid 24 hours to build. Logo high waves with a long period off the lower bowl made for some fantastic long awaited wave rides. Conditions closer to shore a little sketchy but everything past the rock pile was great. Drysuit and gloves for the rest of the year unless I win the lottery and fly to Maui. Started 5.8 but finished the session powered up 5.0. Looking forward to Sunday's 40km/NW forecast. Anyone else interested in making the trip North this weekend? Could be the season ending session up here, lots of locals heading out for sure.

Weather Conditions

Cold but finally some starboard jumping and extended wave rides.
