Bit up and down, but overall a good sesh
Scugog THe pier
Got there just after 1 pm to see white caps from one side to the other completely filled in. 2 guys on the water already and one just about to launch. Sails 5.5 to 6.5. Rigged 5.7 and got out on the big board. Thinking that it would be safer with the extra volume. After two long reaches I decided to come back in for the small board. It was so much better. I am realizing that my goto board is now my small board and that my big board is only for real light sesh saving days.
Water was cool, but not cold enough to wear gloves. Nothing spectacular as it was flat water blasting. Some very small ramps. As T.. said nice to get out and not break anything or hurt yourself. Hands were dead after an hour and a half. Nice to see so new faces. You guys will have to come back on a true NW. The other park it a much nicer launch.
Smiles all around.
