A Family Affair

Prince Edward Bay The Shore

Sometimes it takes a fellow windsurfer to drive 39 hours away from his local spot for the wind dry spelll to finally be broken. No wind here in over a month and it has blown 4 out of the last 7 days. Sure there are no big waves, no new fantastic scenery, no new friends, and no location crossed off our bucket list. But enjoying a session at home is just what we needed.

Baby Ruth has now completed her first water start and on her way to locking down with authority the BACK STRAP (cart before the horse?). Two consecutive days on the water and a little coaching from a handsome fellow does wonders.

Me, I had fun using the moored sailboats as gybe pylons and pretending not to show off while showing off to the sailors aboard.

Molly has taken her first ride (of hopefully many) on the front of the Start.
