Tuesday Night Wavesailor's Club

Lake Ontario Outlet Beach

Solid wind all day and no haze down by the lake. Looked good for a lake session. Don't know whether it was direction or doming etc but Mac's and West Point were lousy but both beaches were rocking. Went to outlet for the good waves in the corner. Great to go barefoot on the soft, sandy beach. Wind was up and down but had to switch down from 5.9 to 5.3 to end off the evening. Was solo for the last hour or so. Just the locals out tonight and a couple of kiters at the other end of the beach.

Forgot how much fun the beach can be. Flying out in solid wind and hitting the big steep waves bombing into the corner along the limestone shelves is crazy for jumping. The only thing that limits the height you can get is the size of your balls.

Great to be on the lake - some frontside, some fun smacks backside and the aforementioned jumping. I love Outlet. Looks like there might even be more this week. I will keep the car loaded up.

Weather Conditions

Sunny, warmish and WAVEY.
