Thanks goodness for windsurfing friends!

Central Bay Crissy Field

Human Catapult was in town and Kevin/HC sent a report: Haskins wasn't happening and they were heading to Crissy.

I joined as everybody was hitting the water on 4.4's.

I rigged 4.5 and went to grab Jenn's 86L... and.... wait.... did I....

I FORGOT MY BOARD AT HOME!

This has got to take the cake. I've forgotten my wetsuit a few times.... or a harness.

I never forget my rig / rigging bag but this is the first time I drove away without a board in the car.

Lucky for me Henri had his old 105L Naish Freeride Slalom.

Had a session of barely holding on sailing and gybing but outboard straps on a strong choppy Crissy day made for some intense sailing. Would have been lots of fun on an 86L... even my 78L. 105 Slalom was a pretty good amount of board.

No complaints, was great to get my hair wet after a 50 minute drive to the launch.

Weather Conditions

Strong winds and what felt like bumpy chop. Hard though given the board.
