Thank you Santa!

Georgian Bay Sunset Point

Checked out the shoal break at home.. Super windy but waves looked sheltered due to the Island/W wind.

Headed down to Sunset for better waves, wind went from steady 25kts down to 10 with the odd gust... I was stupid and only brought a small sail... Caught one small wave but was too much effort schlogging and having to uphaul in the waves after every bail.

Went to the paddle and had a better surf sesh, were actually a couple other guys out Christmas day!

Side-off wind throwing spray backwards off the lips is just beautiful!

West wind can actually translate into a swell down at Collingwood somehow... usually has to be close to 30kts to do so.

Weather Conditions

Side off dying wind into gusts, the odd head high set.
