Sneaking in a stick session

San Francisco Bay Candlestick Park

Showed up at the stick and it was windy.

Mike and I opted for smaller sails, Mike leading the charge with a 4.0 while I followed his lead with 4.2.

Session was windy and only got windier as we were out there. Graham was out sailing on his 4.8 and I'm sure he was exhausted but was sailing harder than anybody.

Great showing all around with the notable highlight being Graham nailing a

On shore:

Jay : "What is hugo de souza's signature move again?"

Graham: "Air skopu"

Jay: "Yea... I saw you nail one..."

Graham: "Yea... that was actually my first skopu"

Jay: "Holy sh**!"

Wasn't a fully air skopu, but it wasn't any mushy crap either... he was well on the way to the counter-rotation when he touched down.

I guess that's what happens when you sail 4.8 while the likes of Zelinski and I are on 4.0 and 4.2 respectively.
